Insured Customer Claims
In order to provide an effective and efficient service for customers of Dan Aktiv A/S and Ellos A/S, we have engaged the services of local administration companies to manage claims on our behalf. assicurativa, rispettivamente nel ramo vita I e nei rami danni, e sono soggette
al controllo della Central Bank of Ireland.
CACI Life non investe il premio in
attivi non consentiti dalla normativa italiana in materia di assicurazioni
sulla vita.
COMUNICAZIONI, RECLAMI E
MEDIAZIONE
Tutte
le comunicazioni da parte del Cliente nei confronti della Società, con
riferimento alle Polizze Convenzione e alle coperture assicurative, dovranno
essere fatte a mezzo di raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento. Eventuali
comunicazioni da parte della Società al Cliente saranno indirizzate all’ultimo
domicilio conosciuto del Cliente stesso.
Eventuali
reclami riguardanti il rapporto contrattuale o la gestione dei sinistri
dovranno essere inoltrati per iscritto, direttamente al Contraente delle
Polizze Convenzione.
Nel
caso in cui l’esponente non si ritenga soddisfatto della gestione del reclamo
da parte
del
Contraente, potrà rivolgersi alla Società al seguente indirizzo:

Qualora
l’esponente non si ritenga soddisfatto dell’esito del reclamo o in caso di assenza
di riscontro nel termine massimo di quarantacinque giorni potrà rivolgersi all’I.S.V.A.P.
– Servizio tutela degli Utenti, Via del Quirinale, 21 – 00187 ROMA,
corredando l’esposto della
documentazione relativa al reclamo trattato dalla Società. Per la risoluzione delle liti transfrontaliere è
possibile presentare reclamo all’ISVAP o direttamente al sistema estero
competente (Central Bank of Ireland) chiedendo l’attivazione della procedura FIN-NET. In
relazione alle controversie inerenti la quantificazione dei danni e
l’attribuzione della responsabilità, si ricorda che, fatto salvo il tentativo di mediazione ai sensi del paragrafo 18.4 ove sia
obbligatorio per legge, permane
la competenza esclusiva dell’Autorità Giudiziaria.

contrattuale tra
